Taste the hill! Wine tasting & dinner

During the event the guests tasted our Welschriesling, Pinot gris and Cuvée wines in a cozy environment in Kecskemét. Our Tobacco Pipe Club, founded by us in 2019, also took part in the event, enriching the evening’s program.   Participants had an opportunity to taste six wines from the winery’s protected designations of origin, long-aging, dry, white terroir wines during the vertical, guided wine tasting. This was our first event in Kecskemét this year.   The wines were presented by Máté Bakos, viticulture and winemaking university student and strategic manager of Bakos Winery. In his speech Máté highlighted the impact of mineral soil and volcanic rock on the wines of Csobánc Hill.   We have also come up with a selection of outstanding local cheeses and enjoyed the wine-cheese pairings.   The participants favorite wine was Pinot Gris 2018, based on the evaluation sheets completed during the tasting.   Our Tobacco Pipe Club, founded in 2019 made the evening even more special. Club President Tibor Bakos and Club Secretary Szabolcs Urbán are committed to high-quality tobacco, smoking pipes and the culture of occasional smoking.       [/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
