Deep golden color. Serious, sophisticated white wine scent with dried chamomile, linden flowers, honey and stony minerality. It has light weaved texture, vital acids and a little creaminess. Dried apricots, citrus and minerality in its taste. Long-lasting finish with pleasant bitterness and saltiness. Balanced, ripe, complex Welshriesling from an excellent terroir.
